There are nine matches on day one of the tournament. Each of them is important, because no one wants to lose their opening match as they look to progress to the knockout stages. Let's take a closer look at the most interesting duels of the day, also from the point of view of EMF President BORISLAV ALEKSANDROV.

The first match of the championship awaits us at 10:30, in which two teams from the Group A, Italy and Poland, will meet. Immediately after that, at 11:45am, one of the possible favourites of the tournament, Serbia, will take on Moldova.

At 13:00 the Steel Arena will see the best dressed team in the tournament, at least according to their implementation team, the English. "For me, one of the top matches of the day. Overall, a strong English team that made it to the semi finals at EMF EURO 2018 in Kiev. On the other hand, Israel, which in recent years has shown steady progress in friendly matches, the Nations Games and also at the club level," said Borislav Aleksandrov.

The President of the European Federation in Minifootball also described the match between Hungary and Portugal, which is scheduled for 4:00pm. "Personally, I am very much looking forward to this match. Portugal is returning to the big international stage in small football against one of the biggest favourites, Hungary. Definitely don't miss this match. I feel that a big show in small football awaits us," predicts B. Aleksandrov.
